I am the founder of Susy’s Holidays and I specialize in the management of local accommodation properties in Madeira. My mission is to take care of each property with professionalism, responsibility and attention to detail, offering peace of mind to owners and a warm experience to guests. I also assist property owners and investors who wish to acquire a property in Madeira with potential for local accommodation. I was born in Venezuela to a Portuguese family and moved to Madeira over ten years ago. Upon arriving on the island, I had the opportunity to help manage a family-owned apartment, handling the entire process: from obtaining the Local Accommodation license to preparing the space to welcome guests.
That experience marked the beginning of my journey in the vacation rental sector, allowing me to gain in-depth knowledge of every stage of the process: licensing, property preparation, reservation management, and daily guest service.
Over time, other owners began to trust me to manage their properties, and that’s how this project was born.
After a hiatus during the pandemic, I decided to resume operations with renewed energy and a clear vision: to build a reliable, professional, and personalized service designed for owners who want to delegate the management of their properties with complete confidence.
